Scenario: I have a hard time saying “no”, which leads me to take on more things than I can actually do. How do I identify which tasks I should say “no” to? And how do I become more comfortable with saying “no”?
So many of us have an issue with telling others “no” when we’re asked to take on an extra task or assignment, both at home and in the workplace. Women seem to be especially bad at this but it applies for both sexes.
